I have spoke over the phone on two occasions with the lead Pharmacist (Carlo) at the Safeway on Proctor St.in Tacoma, WA. I decided to ask him about his lack of customer service, and respect. I got a half ass apology, and a weak hand shake. I am not doubting this mans ability to do his job as a pharmacist. I am just disappointed that Safeway would choose someone who is so condescending and rude in charge of one of their Pharmacies. On our first conversation I as who his supervisor was, and was shocked to find out I was already talking to him.
