I ordered the purse with the actual Coach model number for the Hampton Perforated Tote in Red. What we received was a counterfeit purse that was Ivory and Blue that looked like a Coach purse.
We emailed requesting an address for return. What we were told was that the shipping company made the mistake and sent the wrong item. Long story short, we asked for a full refund, but had to ship the item back first. The shipping address was back to China and would have cost us $200 just to ship it, basically, at this point we have no way out except to report them.
