Reps Charged Credit Card instead of using PIN from Prepaaid card

Called in a PIN number for Prepaid phone and got charged on Credit card, Two months to get the charge removed from card, another time I had purchased 1000 mins for $100 and got ripped off for
Two and one half hours of time. I had saved the receipt so I am very sure of the Expiration date.
No more T-Mobile. PlantinumTel has same service and minutes are for 5 cents. Not 10 cents and up and up for the smaller amounts you buy at T-Mobile.
