Francisco was hired to install two roll up doors on our storage container to match the doors on our other container. Plus he was to fix the existing door so that it opened more easily. These items were quoted in writing and a down payment for materials was paid.
He finished the roll up door portion of the job during the weekend and came to be paid on Monday when the person who hired him was not there. He was paid the balance because he said that he was finished.
When the person who hired him saw the work, Francisco said that he would come fix it. He never came back and will not return our phone calls.
