It appears I have the same problem as the people saving the Marlboro miles. I have saved the upc as required. I have submitted all the documentation they have required, twice and now I get a form letter (along with my upc's) saying that they are returning my order as I did not submit the entire order form.
What a lame excuse. When you call the 800 number to inquire as to the problem you are told by a gentleman who apologizes A LOT that the promotion is now over but he'll be happy to send you a new order form. Is this worth it? I think not. I'll be changing brands and will spread the word to any and all not to purchase any Philip Morris products.
