The same Indiana people called me. I did not recieve my gas vouchers&the company said I got them on November 4th, but later when talking to another employee he admitted that they are not giving out gas vouchers. Also, in addition to three 3.95 charges out of my check account $119.00 was also charged. I immediately shut down the account as the person I originally spoke to kept assuring me that I would not have to pay any fees because I would have 30 days to cancel. I have called every number they give out—they all go to the same place and no one knows anything. All they can tell you is that they cannot refund your money. The manager did admit to me that they have no policy for unsatisfied customers and asked me if i was satisfied!!! I guess he was upset because I had to ask the question about 8 times. So far I have recieved one "packet" and have tried to cancell all of the others. Good luck to all who get involved with this bunch of crooks.
