Www.logodesignguarantee.co.uk REFUSAL TO ISSUE A REFUND FOR A FAILED JOB

I engaged the services of Logo Design Guarantee to design a logo for me. A major reason i chose them was because of advertisement on its website as a recipient of an award for good customer services and of course, guarantee to make a refund if i am not satisfied with the job.

After several attempts which led to poor work delivery i requested for a refund. The initial payment was made in Oct 2 and refund was requested for few days after. Despite several emails, the refund has not been made neither did i receive a single phone call received. A mail was sent to me in December 7 that the refund has been made whereas in the log shown below. I had thought may because wrong country was stated as USA instead of Nigeria and i informed them but despite the above i didn't hear a word from them. I would like to make an official report and possible sue them for wasting my time and frustrating me.

The refund has been fully processed from our end. It will take about 5 working days to reach your card that you used to make payment with.
If you have filed a chargeback with your credit/debit card company, please can you remove this to allow the refund to go through.
