Logo design guarantee Ripoff company does not reply to emails or phone calls - numerous BBB complaints - new management same ripoff tactics

After they take your money they do not reply to emails

Phone calls seem to go outside the USA and person answering just tells you someone will get back to you within 24 hours but no one ever does.

They have several BBB complaints and website says they are under new management but the ripoff tactics continue.
