I don't want to put too much detail that would identify myself. I only want to warn others. It is a call center for collections for medical bills. The management is not very qualified and don't know how to handle problems very well. Few people stay more than a few months. If they do stay, they are "favorites" of the management who overlook their mistakes. I was told one manager will change management reports to cover up for them. Pay is low and then they will mess with your bonuses to not have to pay them.
