I agree completely with all the terrible reviews below. Unprofessional, non responsive company who tries to strong arm you into paying money you don't owe. They are all about what non customers think of them and I'm sure they will write the same lame response of "RPM does not agree with this review and we believe it is just an attempt to harm our company"... But don't believe it. I'd bet money that any good reviews they wrote themself because they are all awful except the few "outstanding" reviews. Real Property Management is only nice until they have you in a contract and then they forget about you completely. It probably isn't even the owners fault that the company is so terrible. It is their day to day employees not doing thier job. I really have never come across worse customer service than this company and I have no idea how they stay in business. Hopefully this review and other terrible reviews will make them realize that people really do not like the way they do business and force them to change.
