I sent for cheap earrings and recieved an ugly link bracelet. Now they are charging my acct for $98.00

I purchased a pair of earrings while on facebook from Fiorvano Jewels for shipping cost of $4.95. They sent me a linked silver bracelet and now have charged my account for $98.
