Hi.
In August 25th, I purchased 700 jewels for the total price of 49.99$ in the game Monster Warlords. Right after I finished the purchase, I received an error in game and never got the jewels.
A day after I tried again to purchase 700 jewels and this time I was successful. No error and I received my jewels instantly. So I figured the first time I tried and failed was just a random unlucky attempt.
Today I checked my CC bill and noticed that I was charged for both transactions, while only receiving the jewels for 1 purchase.
I would like to get a refund for my first transaction.
Already did email them several times about a month ago, but have yet to receive a response to this date.
