I signed up for a Free trial Streaming videos. I watched a couple of movies. I couldn't use my computer while watching a movie so I cancelled before my free trial was completed. On Dec 5th I got an e-mail saying I cancelled. On Dec 14 Netflix drew 8.61 out of my account for monthly fee. They say I had a monthly movie subscription. I never signed up for one, I had the streaming videos & I have not received any movies from them. I am asking for a refund of $8.61 & a cancellation of any & all accounts
