Scam - cancellation button does not work - charge you anyway

Attracted by a NETFLIX advertisement, offering FREE DOWNLOADS, my son wanted to download a movie. So we entered the site for free trial. Of course they ask for credit card confirmation. After registering, we checked out the free movies. All very limited, louzy movie selection.

So we immediately followed the instructions to cancel the subscription and the free trial. This was in the spring. At the end of the summer, I was checking my credit card bills to find THREE MONTHS of charges from NETFLIX. Not only did we immediately cancel, we did not even download or order any movies. Not one. Neflix caused me to be overdrawn at my bank. I immediately went on-line to contact someone about this problem, and I will tell you, with all their fancy internet site, there is nowhere to find an email address, nor a contact or a phone number to report this abuse. NOWHERE.

So the best we could do is to cancel the account again. SCAM #2, you need to have a NETFLIX PASSWORD to get on to cancel your account. Very funny. As if who would remember the password on a subscription that they immediately cancelled. Nobody. Fortunately I let my son come up with the password that day. And he used his standard. So we got on and cancelled. What happens to people who cannot remember the password. I don't recall a provision for not remembering a password like most sites. I left several messages on NETFLIX custom service internet to the point of SPAMMING them to get them to contact me. No response from NETFLIX. They ripped me off and screwed up my bank account causing me more charges.
