The "new look" for streaming customers is actually less functional. Now, you can no longer see how long a TV episode unless you start it up. How could you remove such an important piece of information? Wouldn't you want to know if an episode was going to be 89 minutes before you started watching it? Someone isn't thinking clearly about the customer.
