I watch a lot of TV episodes on Netflix streaming and recently when I try to select the next episode of a show I am watching a message pops up saying "This episode is not available at this time". When I spoke with customer service I was told it was a problem they were trying to fix with watching from your selection lineup as I do on my TV and until the problem is fixed I could watch directly from my computer. I said this was not acceptable and asked for a credit which they refused to give. I am planning to drop Netflix and got to Hulu or another service.
