Merrick Bank refuses to unlock my email address so I may make my payments on time and using the internet payments. They have cause more late payments due to there unwillingness to fix there problem. They keep blaming their problems on there customers and will not straighten up this problem. They force people to pay on the phone to rip the customers off with a $10. Extra fee to pay the bills on the phone. If I did not owe them money I would never do business with this jerks. Once i pay what i owe them i will stop using there card right now and pay they more just to get red of them. They need to pay me back every penny extra i have paid on the phone. I would not be over the limit at all if they would help people instead of riping people off.
It is better to file Bankruptcy on them then to pay them. Cause they always make you off the limit no matter what you pay them. They DO NOT CARE about you. Do not get envolved with this credit company. Save yourself alot of heartache and avoid this credit card company. Cause they will steal you blind as they have me.
