First visit: sign says they open at 9:00am pull up @9:30 the door is locked the stylist inside just looks at me, makes no attempt to open the door or say she is running late or anything. I leave.
The next week Second visit: arrive @11:00am no one speaks the lady at the register pushes the sign-in sheet at me, I sign in. 2 stylists working one is starting with a person and the other is finishing with someone. I wait while she finishes and has a personal conversation with the customer, then sweeps the hair up, she then goes to the back gets her purse and says she is going to the bank. I left AGAIN! Terrible way to run a business!!!
