Found out it was a fraud thru calling the actual bank of Santander Madrid, Spain. I asked for Martin Ramos and the minute I mentioned the name the gentleman said it was a fraud.
He told me the only way to win a lottery was to actually perchase a ticket. Not a chance drawing by no means.
