Chadwick customer service has been totally unavailable to explain debits for merchandise I did not receive. The website is down so that it is impossible to even check to see what they are charging me for. I was told last week to call back Monday to get the issue resolved. Monday, I was the same problem of no one answering the phone and the website remains down. Is this company going under and are they making unauthorized charges believing it will be impossible for customers to recoup the money that is due to them?
