The web site leads you through a process that requires your financial information before you agree to the service, then charges you whether or not you complete it.in other words, if you decide you don't want the service they charge your card anyway, then refuse to fix what you think is an error.in my case I happened to be able to stop the payment but they came after me with a collections agency even though I never used the service.
