Results Training Group is a company that car dealerships use to train newbie salesmen. It costs $549, which the individual, not the dealership, pays for before getting hired. You get the full amount refunded when you stay with the car dealership for 90 days. They also provide job placement. They take money orders or credit cards only. I believe they are a rip off for the dealerships, as well as the consumers who train through them.
I went though their 5-Day training program, and the only thing I learned was how to shake hands, greet customers, and how much a "real" go-getter can make. The dealership that I was supposed to be hiring through had their top salesman come by to give tips on selling (Thank God! I learned more from him on selling than the training coordinator). I was under misconseption that they were going to train us on making and closing the deals and on the warranties and financing options.
I don't know if I got lucky, or was unlucky enough to use my Visa Check Card to pay. They double billed me and seven checks bounced (@ $35 per check) and my account wound up -$749.
My bank closed that card for me and I filed a fraud report. I called Mr. Steven Smith. I have called him every 2 weeks - still no check. When he wasn't there, he'd never return my calls. When I did talk to him, he said he'd refund the $549. That was in June of I trained in April It is now November. He keeps lying and putting me off.
I reported him to the BBB in Florida August 9th. I have left him alone since I reported it to the BBB due to all of the hurricanes (Sometimes I am just too nice). I am growing tired of this mess and am about to sue him for the full $749. I can't wait until Judge Judy e-mails me back.
