They advertise they're hiring sales consultants... Bob Stevens of Automax sales training leads you to believe that you're hired... Then you show up for "training" and lo and behold there's 30 other people there... So I knew something wasn't right... After the first day of "training" he tries to sell us on his company's lifetime job placement for only $99... So i'm thinking why do i need job placement if i'm starting with Parker? Sure enough on the 2nd day of "training" he informs us that Parker's only going to be taking on 16 of us but he could place us elsewhere if not chosen by Parker Nissan. Later in the day he becomes more vague as to how many of us are going to be hired but says they'll be calling some of us in a few weeks. The Parker finance director Darwin Grote comes in and blows some smoke up our butts for a few minutes and tells us what a family oriented dealership they are. Ok so jerk people with families around for 2 days? I've lost faith that there are any honest dealerships around after working for a couple and having worked in the auto industry in other capacities. Hope your conscience is clear knowing you do what you do for the almighty buck!!!
