I attended the same class as the other report on here. The elusive tactics used by this company or inexcusable. The whole time you're lead to believe that you're training for the dealership that advertised the placement of the ad. I received the lead from Monster.com.
I asked Sam Baker why they didn't advertise a the training fee. When it clearly stated training provided. He told me it was against regulations of the career websites.in the initial interview he made a claim that Ford would have lifetime job placement. Not RJ Williams and associates. The final day of training we were lead to believe the owner of the dealership would meet with all of us in the training class. Which the meeting never happened.
Repeated claims from the training class that were false. A fourth grader could have read from the book that Sam Baker so called trained from. This was in no way advanced training of any kind. This company has had numerous complaints on the BBB website.
