Ripoff, junk quality, 4 week delivery, didn't receive all product, won't respond to emails. Garden City

I purchased 5 items from this customer thru ebay.
I received only part of order and that took a month to get.
I've emailed about problems but no one responds. The product was for presents but because of quality I wouldn't give to anyone. They make their money off insurance they charge more for insurance than the product is worth and insurance is not an option for buyer.
