Ripoff i ordered 2 items from these people in august and i have still not received any of them they will not respond to your emails or answer their phones new york new york

I ordered 2 pieces of jewelery off of these people in august. I had been a returned customer with no other problems till this. They will not answer your emails or the phone someone needs to stop these people from taking people's money.

Now here it is november and I still have no jewelry or my money. It should not take 3 months to ship peoples merchandise. They could at least answer their emails and explain or at least say I'm sorry.
