Ripoff, Stole my money. I returned items worth $769 did not get refund. Filing mail fraud New York

I ordered over $1,100.00 of items from this comapny. When I received them many were very small or of poor quality. On October 9, I returned $769.00 worth of the merchandise.

Jewelry by Ezra received the package on October 12 at 10 A.M.in the morning. A person named Nicky signed for it. I had sent it by UPS.

I have e-mailed several times and have gotten no response. I filed a case with Square Trade on E-Bay but the Emh Group did not respond to Square Trade. I left several negative feedbacks but still no response. E-Bay should drop them.

I am going to file mail fraud charges against them. Any help I can get to get my money back would be great.
