I recently ordered an expensive perfume set as a gift on line. I opted for the red bag. When it came I realized it was not going to do. I wrote cutomer service and asked if I could buy a Sephora gift box. I was told that it was against policy to sell gift boxes without purchasing a gift. I explained that I had indeed purchased a gift but the red bag look cheap. They told me to keep the bag and they would give me a $2.00 credit on future purchase. I don't feel the least bit compelled to order from Sephora again. I asked them to look at my purchases to validate that it was a recent order (acutally 2 orders). I was then told they would forward my concerns on. Simple request, poor customer service.
