While we find your new Fresh Take cheese and breadcrumb mix very tasty as well as handy, the packaging has some engineering flaws. First: the package states "good until date shown" but you print the date in BLACK ink on a DARK BLUE background. Even neighborhood teens had an impossible time reading the date. And I am a senior citizen! How about WHITE ink? Secondly: you print the directions on the inside plastic packet with DARK BLUE ink with the breadcrumbs as a background. How about using the (already light colored) cheese as the background for the cooking instructions? And put the breadvrumbs behind the meat cooking time chart - which is printed on a white background. We are not all 21-year olds with perfect eyesight. It would make a very good product more user friendly. Thank you for your time and attention.
