I purchased over $300 dollars worth of merchandise, and I get a notification telling me that my order will get here on the 10th of Dec. Or before. It is already the 6th and I called them to ask what is going on & they said it has not been shipped nor processed. So I kindly asked if I could just cancel my order & go to the store to pick up my items but they refused to help me so they just told me to wait & send my items back. That they could not do anything about it. How much worse can this company get? Never shopping from them again.in the actual store, the salespeople mug you like you do not belong there. Why are they so rude? IDK. This company needs to improve everything.
