After hearing about the store, I attempted to go online and order a wallet that I liked. After multiple attempts at entering a payment, even with multiple cards the site wouldn't take my order. So I followed the instructions it gave me to call customer support and attempted an over the phone order, again unsuccessful with the suggestion to try again in a couple hours.in a couple hours, the same result. So I called again and got the response that the site was bogged down so it wasn't processing many orders. When I asked how I could go about ordering what I wanted during the time frame of their sale, the woman replied with there was nothing they could do. Then when I asked if they were going to make accommodations for the many people that couldn't place orders to still get the sale prices, she said they couldn't go in and do anything about it. When I said that if that was the extent of their customer service, then it was pretty crappy, she just said that she was trying to be apologetic. However, apologetic doesn't fix anything.
