I closed a 39 month agreement for protection providers with Peak Protection on August 9. That agreement was satisfied entirely on-schedule, despite changing arms to some other businesses more often than once. Monitronics was the final organization keeping the agreement. Not being pleased in the large monthly charge we were being billed, my partner named Monitronics and requested to get a lower-rate. They did provide us a somewhat lower-rate, although not one we were especially pleased with. We extended to pay for them, nevertheless when we'd a chance to conduct business having a diverse organization, my partner named Monitronics on 5/15 to stop their support. They insisted we were under a deal and informed us we'd to pay for them $348.98. I've never closed another contract and also have never gotten any notification of the contract extension agreement in the mail. Once the initial agreement was authorized, I had been generated genuinely believe that once my preliminary responsibility was around we'd be liberated to fall their support if we therefore selected. They've demonstrated to be fraud artists and also have taken my cash and that I want to buy back! I had been aghast to determine just how many related grievances have now been created about that firm's methods.
