I question him and told himI thought he was a scan he insisted no he was not however I called Publishers Clearing house and they said they did not do business this way. This David Miller (i have his phone number) said to prove he was legit that he was opening a checking account for $450,000.00 and gave me the routing number and the account number of that account to pay off my highest credit card. So I have done that however I have called the credit card company and canceled my credit card and have checked with them to see if the funds have cleared. At this time the funds have not been confirmed though they have my account at a zero balance. I will be calling back in a couple of days to see what the results are.
