I purchased a home warranty with Choice 5/03 for a 1yr contract. I paid $365..in June have a small child and the A/C went out. The techs said it had a compressor that needed to be replaced. I sent in the required documentation and they still flat out refused to honor the claim. The customer service (Mike) was very rude and the Supervisor (John) was a joke. This company needs to be stopped and I am pursuing a class action law suite against them.
