Purchased a home warranty for a rental home I own. Placed claim early on in policy and did not cover most of the items reported which was ok. Went to file a claim again a month or so ago and they do not have a phone number that you can call and talk to anyone. You have to email everything but no one will return your email or handle the claim so the money I paid this company was a complete waste because I had to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they wouldn't even respond to them. I am considering pursuing legal action against this company for violation of contract.
