UGG boots

I requested a set of UGG shoes in the Denim Area on November 22 like a Holiday present for my child. Months passed, no shoes. I began e mailing - a computerized solution. Telephone numbers not appropriate or disconnected. I eventually obtained the shoes on January 12th. The shoes are phony. I attempted e mailing and contacting using the same outcomes. There's no method to contact the organization.
