I bought a telephone with 2yr agreement and $99 refund to become shipped after 181 times. I waited for that time for you to email the refund, and involved every paperwork they required and shipped it usps with shipping confirmation. The refund was shipped on July 05, plus they were shipped on August 07. Until nowadays, Letstalk continues to be stating they have not acquired the shape. I've been used in many customer support employees and low of these may make sure they obtained the refund deal. I talked with Robin nowadays who moved me to a different customer support and after spending over an hour or so about the telephone I had been moved back again to Robin, who stated that she's in mn and CAn't be ready to assist me-any more since my refund was shipped to some prior contact centre. Exactly the same call-center may be the one Letstalk continues to be applying till today. I actually do plan to keep battling the corporation till justice is performed. The corporation is just a RIP-OFF, DON'T WORK TOGETHER.
