I signed up with a plan with Letstalk.com for the $200 rebate on two phones. I was told by the Letstalk.com operator that after 6 months I would received a paper in the mail to send in my rebates as long as I was in good standing with the phone provider. I waited and never received my rebate form, so i called 6 months and 10 days after the initial sign up. I was told Letstalk would send me the rebate form; however, I was past due. I was then told that I was suppose to send in the rebate within 3-6 months after the initial contract. Letstalk.com did not relay the information this way.
I was told by letstalk.com that there was actually a 30 day grace period to send in the rebates.By this time, i was over 30 calendars over due, because of many attempts to call Letstalk.com and not being able to reach anyone. I asked if this 30 day grace period was calendar days or business days, nobody had an answer; however, ultimately I knew I was the one that would get screwed.
