Unauthorized amount

I accepted your mailing the Google Achievement Package for $1.00, but I never received it. Today, you're getting $11.95, that will be an unauthorized quantity. Please return the $1.00 and $11.95 costs as this can be a fraud and that I no further am thinking about coping with you.

I assume you'll credit my charge card over the following twenty four hours.
