Was wrongfully charged $10 for "Returned Deposit Item Fee" when a fraudulent check was deposited in my account that was then withdrawn from the impostor just to get access to my account balance and take all funds which only amounted to a couple of dollars. But the bank persist that they was the one that returned the deposit amount and not the impostor. I am entitled to receive a refund of the $10 incorrectly charged to my account which is now closed because of the fraud action and further prohibited from ever establishing any other account with the Huntington Bank, accordingly to Columbus, Ohio, main office.
