We received three letters signed by John Shaughnessy in three consecutive months from this company asking us to pay the money for the claim with Liberty Mutual Insurance. We called the phone number 800-443-8338 (provided in mail) and talked to that guy. He was so rude, did not want to hear us but keep asking when and how we would pay the debt we did not owe. We informed Liberty Mutual Insurance and asked them to investigate that fake debt collector.
