I recently called this so called company to inquire about an ad on Craigs List... From the beginning it all seemed strange because the description of the home was all bunched up into one sentence and one paragraph... That was my clue. I called and a girl by the name of Jessica answered and gave me the same spill you read here on these reviews. But because mama didn't raise no fool, the deal sounded too good to be true I told her after she asked "does this sound like something you wanna do?" I asked whats the catch? She said "there is none" then I said I'm going to do my homework on you guys and make my decision. She said "ok that sounds fine..." So I bounced off it off some Realtor friends of mine and they had never heard of such thing, but they said "its possible its legit"... I was going to go to the Better Business Bureau sight and thought to check here first after reading up on these scammers... I'm so glad I did my homework first. I don't even have to go to the BBB now because I'm confident all of you reported there and I'll find the same stories. I do want to encourage everyone to call your banks and file an authorized claim under product and services under the pretense that you were lied to and scammed. I've done that before with other situations that are actually legit but didn't come through and the bank got my money back, we are after all... FDIC insured. Good luck to all... And when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
