This is to respone to the follow up that is being done by Lauren in your office. I do not feel that the issue with Whole Sale Furnitre is resolved. I was offered a warranty on the after your office contacted them. The chair did come long after it should have. The delivery man did not have the warranty. He called back. They told him to note it on their copy and they would send it to me within five days. It was been over four weeks and I have not seen it.
