Avoid at all costs!
We ordered a Jessie for my 4 year old's party and received a phone call the night before the party that Jessie was sick with no replacement available. This in itself was not the problem. We were offered another entertainer and chose a balloon twister. She gave us the rate of $75/hour (which we felt was high - but had no other last minute option for the party) and she was to arrive for an hour at the party. Not only was the entertainer 1/2 hour late but only stayed for 45 minutes.in addition, she only knew how to make THREE types of balloon items (a flower, a sword, dogs) and minimally interacted with the children (didn't seem upbeat or excited to be there). We had a room of very disappointed children!
A parent at the party created better balloon hats for the kids after the entertainer left.
We gave the vendor an opportunity to respond to our request for a discounted rate but received NO response. It was NOT worth the money spent and we would NEVER recommend this company to another family!
