The Queen of Wands Tarot card reader is unprofessional and unreliable %u2013 she stood our card reading party up.
My coworkers and I purchased Living Social vouchers for 30-minute tarot card readings from the Queen of Wands Tarot. The vouchers stated that the card reader would come to your home to perform the reading. My coworker decided to host a tarot card reading party and she made all of the arrangements with the card reader via e-mail. There were numerous e-mails with the card reader over a 6 week period. My coworker even sent the card reader a confirming e-mail the day before our scheduled readings.
The card reader was suppose to arrive at my friend%u2019s apartment at 5:15 P.M.in order to perform our readings from 5:30 P.M. To 8:00 P.M. When the card reader did not arrive by 5:30 P.M. We assumed she was lost and would be a little late. When the card reader had not arrived by 5:45 P.M. We sent her an e-mail asking if she was still coming (she had never provided my coworker with her phone number). We found a phone number for her on her website and called her. The card reader seemed surprised to hear from us, then she told us she had arrived at the apartment building at 5:00 P.M. But could not get in to the apartment building. She claimed to have waited outside the building for a half hour and then left. During this time period, several party guests arrived and had no trouble entering the building. They also did not see the card reader waiting outside as she claimed to have been doing. We asked the card reader to please come back to do our readings and she said no, she had already booked another party for that night. The card reader claimed to have booked the party at 6:00 P.M. That night, I guess she did it while she was supposedly waiting outside my coworker%u2019s apartment building. We believe she had either forgotten about our party and had not shown up or had already booked another party for that evening at full price (we were only paying half price due to the Living Social vouchers). When my coworker complained that she had an apartment full of guests waiting for their card readings and that she had put out money for food and refreshments, the card reader said %u201CI have enough clients, I don%u2019t need you, get a refund.%u201D Luckily, we were able to get refunds from Living Social.
