Signed up to get mobile card reader. Never received it. Got charged $10 for it on 6/14. Then $20.90 on 7/3 and $20.90 on 8/3. Cost me bank overdraft and non-sufficient fund fees of $70 total.
If Leaders wants to do business with satisfied customer, I would like them to actually send me the mobile card reader to the address I had provided when I applied for merchant services. I also would like a refund of $10 $20.90 $20.90 $35 $35 = $121.80 (what they charged for card reader they never sent, monthly fees although there was obviously no usage of their service and overdraft and non sufficient fund fees incurred because of these transactions being deducted from my bank account.)
I was told that the mobile card reader is free of charge (many other companies provide this free), Although the rep said I would get card reader by 1st week of June, I never heard back from the company until late June after I had been charged for a card reader they never sent. I need to feel good about using Leaders' services in the future so I'd like this issue resolved.
