My husband and I bought tickets for a Paul Simon concert in Richmond, VA. We bought them a day in advance to make sure we got the best seats. The price for two tickets was $350, including two $25.00 service charges and a $20.00 delivery fee. The face value for these tickets were $69.00 each with a $3.00 mail delivery fee. The seats, that were supposed to be "the best", were horrible! They even changed the seats after we bought them and claimed they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the far corner of the theatre in the nosebleed section. Customer service was most unhelpful and refused to change the tickets. Do not use this company unless you want to be royally ripped off!
