Was on a venue website and was directed to tixintime when i clicked to order tickets. I got to choose the section for which tickets i wanted then checked out. Was told that instead of printing tickets that they would fed ex them the week before the event. Actally received an envelope from tixintime within a couple of weeks of ordering, but was sent a credit card type thing to pick up the tickets at the will call window. Since this was a christmas gift for my 70 plus year old parents they got to the venue went to will call and found out that there were no tickets in their name to go to the show. The venue was very understanding and apologized to my parents that i was scammed by ticket scalpers. My parents were able to purchase tickets to go to the show (which i intend to refund my parents) but tixintime took money for nothing that was sold. It is bad enough to have been ripped off by tixintime, but i am more upset about being ripped off and it was a christmas gift, and that my elderly parents drove over an hour for the event and still had to buy tickets that were allready paid for.
