Can't cancel membership - Online gaming

I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel my Gamefly account for three months. The website will not allow me to (even though their customer service reps tell you that you can), I cancelled my membership through an online transaction with Gamefly's employee named Jodi but still got charged two months in a row, and when I call the 800 number the line is always busy. The only way I was able to stop getting charged was to cancel my credit card which is a pain because I have automatic bill pay for several other accounts. Gamefly's customer service sucks, and we never received any games during our "free trial".
