Gamefly membership review - customer service

I recently got my 9-year old son a membership to GameFly. I have been so unsatisfied wit this service and so has my son. He runs out the mail box everday to see if his game has arrived, just to be disappointed whe it hasn't. The lag time of shipping is over a week and renders the membership useless.
